Flag Arrival Time: Friday Sept 13th - 12:00pm

Riders traveling from Ft. Smith, AR will meet at Quik Trip just east of Flying J on 32nd St., Joplin, MO. All riders meet at Quik Trip parking lot at 11AM to escort the flag. KSU 1130AM from Quik Trip to VFW Post 534. Road Captain: Rick Chrisman

Venue Details: VFW Post 534  110 E Veterans Way  Joplin, MO

Ceremony Details: Ceremony upon arrival with lunch to follow provided by the VFW. We will be hosting a silent auction during lunch on the 13th, along with a raffle event with tickets to purchase. We will also be accepting monetary donations during lunch to raise money for veterans. 100% of all donations and money raised will go to local veterans struggling to support their families.

Flag Departure Time: Sat Sept 14th - 8AM. Breakfast/coffee will be provided to riders before departure at 8AM provided by the VFW.

Route Information: Road Captain: Rick Chrisman - Take 171 through CJ/Ashbury all the way through to Kansas Crossing Casino, then 400 all the way to Fredonia - meet at Pete's Truck Stop for bathroom/fuel etc. Continue on 400W to a left on SW Santa Fe Lake Rd (south); right on SW 150th St (west); continue on E 47th St S (straight) to a left on S Rock Rd; left on E James St; right at traffic circle to N High Park Dr into the park.
