Flag Bearer: We are proud to announce our Flag Bearers for the Florida Panhandle portion of the 2026 Patriot Tour.
Michael “Ghost” Howard is a proud US Navy veteran and Flag Bearer for the Nation of Patriots. Mike is past Commander and Quartermaster for the John C. Gainous VFW Post 10069 and is currently serving as Senior Vice Commander. He formed the VFW Riders group at the Post and served as the first President of the group. Mike is also a member of the American Legion and American Legion Riders. Mike is a proud veteran and committed to serving his Post, his community, and veterans.
Brad "Joker" Barnes is a proud United States Air Force veteran and Flag Bearer for the Nation of Patriots. His lifelong commitment to service continues through his leadership in the Veterans of Foreign Wars, where he serves as VFW District 17 Trustee, Past District 17 Riders President (2015–2016), VFW Post 8205 Riders Vice President, and VFW Post 8205 Benefits Advisor. Guided by the core values of honor, integrity, and service, Brad remains dedicated to supporting veterans, first responders, and Gold Star families. Whether serving his country, his fellow veterans, or his community, Brad believes service is not just a responsibility; it's a lifelong commitment.
