Flag Bearer: This year’s flag bearer will be Russ Riley. Russ has been the flag bearer twice before. He has been involved with The Nation of Patriots every year since it was started. Russ is native born Californian and is a Tin Can Navy Veteran. He was stationed at Pearl Harbor. Also served with The US Navy Reserve from 1971 to 1981 His NOS was Hull Technician “HTFN”. He has been involved with honoring Veterans, and was an early member of the Patriot Guard and American Legion Riders. He has been an active member of the Redding Harley Owners Group since 2004.
